Computer Science Engineering
Established in 2005, offers Undergraduate program (B. Tech.) in CSE . The department is having well qualified and experienced faculty members: Professors: 1, Associate Professors: 3, Assistant Professors: 9. Two of the faculty members are doctorates and remaining are postgraduates.
Electronics and Communication Engineering
The ECE department is established in the academic year 2006 with an annual intake of 60 students and enhance to 120 in the year 2007. The Department has requisite number of faculty members, striving to incorporate excellence in theory and practice.
Electrical and Electronics Engineering
In The Year 2006 With The Aim Of Importing High Quality Technical Education intake of 60.Since then Department has made Remarkable progress towards achieving its goal .The department differing B.Tech course in EEE an two M.Tech Programmers in Power Electronics and Electrical Power systems.
Civil Enginerring
The CIVIL department is established in the academic year 2011 with an annual intake of 40 students and enhance to 120 in the year 2013.The Department has requisite number of faculty members, striving to incorporate excellence in theory and practice.
Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering specialization was introduced in the year 2010 in AITS Hyderabad. Now developed into a full-fledged department with well qualified, experienced and dedicated staff members and excellent infrastructure facilitating for training the students in the state of art technologies.
Humanities and Science
The department plays a major role in and it is the first step to the students in shaping their career which includes not only in technology but also in science and language skills.
